Remark

Recommended for ages 14 and up

TARA is an interactive card game that takes place on the stage in the basement of the FWT. There is barrier-free access via elevator. You will be seated most of the time and if you walk a few meters, there will also be a seat available for you. To take part in the game, you read texts in German and talk about them. There are also texts spoken in German. An assistant is available.

That's the point

If we could start again together, what would be important to us? What ideas from history(ies) that have been pushed aside do we want to take with us? Embark on the spaceship TARA 3 into the infinite expanses and times of space and play through with us what it could be like...

That's why you need to be there

Anna Kpok's new theater game transforms the Freie Werkstatt Theater into an interstellar spaceship and the audience into its crew. You explore your surroundings and encounter interstellar beings. The core of the evening is a “Sharing Card Game” in which we share questions and thoughts on small and larger world designs and community practices. Anna Kpok has come up with something for this, but needs a lot more minds to think it through together.

Pssst!

Anna Kpok is many. Anna Kpok is many. Sometimes you meet her as a single performer, more often as a collective and there is always one missing. Anna Kpok produces projects in changing constellations, always with a common interest in constructions of community, subject and work.
