Here’s what it’s all about

From the MAD PRIDE, we head straight to BIG BÄÄM:
Starting at 3:30 p.m., the Carlsgarten in front of the Schauspiel Köln will become the stage for a vibrant program of music and insightful words. Among other things, we’ll hear a talk by Raúl Krauthausen on the topic of solidarity and disability.

Here’s why you have to come

New year, new location: This year, BIG BÄÄM will take place in front of the Schauspiel Köln for the first time.
The program:

Mama Afrika consists of dancers, musicians, and acrobats from the West African countries of Senegal, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Guinea, Burkina Faso, and Togo, and performs percussion-oriented music on traditional African instruments.

Tobias Leifeld is the founder of the Hidden Stage Sessions, a concert series for neurodivergent audiences and artists—he’ll be performing alongside ELENN

The ESG Chor Köln is led by Lucas Förster, who has been working with the choir since 2022 to perform a wide variety of works ranging from pop music to neoclassical.

VAVUNETTHA’s voice and hip-hop flow go straight to the heart: she manages, in an extraordinary way, to portray the diversity of our society through her lyrics and melodies.

Celebrate with us and come on by!
