Kick off – 3 days:
Preparatory meeting of artistic directors and project managers of all participating institutions in Lisbon

August 27th to  Sept.2nd         
Launching phase – 5 days:
Workshop with all participants (scientists and performers); lectures, film projections, workshops  in Cologne

Sept 2013 – February 2014    
Research phase – 4 x 10 days:
Research phase of each group in the four participating countries; first rehearsals and public     presentation of interim results, e.g. podium discussions or         photo exhibitions

April 2014        
Rehearsal phase – 20 days:
Rehearsal phase of each group in the facilities of the participating cities; work-in-progress     performances, discussions with the audience

May 2014        
Final phase – 15 days:
Final rehearsal and performance phase;     Premieres of the four different performances during the Sommerblut Festival in Cologne; discussions with the audience

September 2014        
Coming home phase – Performances and art installations in the participating cities

October 2014        
Follow-up meeting – 2 days: Follow up and evaluation meeting of artistic directors and project managers of all participating institutions
